Standing
Pilates
A ten-week program based on Classic Pilates.
We incorporate traditional standing poses to compliment the
mat sequence to challenge even the most experienced Pilates
enthusiast. Improve your balance and realign the spine with
a refreshing series of body resistance exercises that will
lengthen and define your muscles while blasting fat calories
challenging the core in every exercise. Just in time to pull
out the spring clothing and feel good in whatever you wear.

Hatha Yoga
Learn to bring balance back into your
life no matter what issues you may face. With hundreds of
poses to choose from we develop every class to meet the
specific needs of the participants in a comfortable
environment for all levels. Each class involves a series of
postures to stretch tone and strengthen the body while
realigning the spine. Breathing exercises and deep
relaxation segments are incorporated to calm the nervous
system, free the respiratory system, increases blood
circulation, and invigorate the lymphatic system. Ask about

Hot Yoga
The ultimate sweat therapy treatment combined
with all the benefits of traditional yoga make this class a
truly therapeutic experience. The room is heated to body
temperature allowing the muscle fascia to release
completely. Our safe strengthening and flexibility routine
stretches every muscle for the greatest release of toxins.

all over the world. Hip-hop, belly dancing, salsa, and
